The Streamline "Echo" is a versatile midrange disc with a speed of 5, glide of 5, turn of -1.5, and fade of 1, operating in a straight to slightly understable range. With its pronounced glide, it achieves impressive distances for a midrange, making it suitable for both fairway throws and precise approach shots. This disc serves as a point-and-shoot option, effortlessly producing straight lines while maintaining enough torque resistance to stay controllable. For those who find discs like the "Buzzz" or "Hex" slightly too overstable, the "Echo" offers a direct alternative with a bit more maneuverability. Available in Neutron SL, Proton Soft SL, and Cosmic Neutron SL Misprint, it provides various grip options—the Proton Soft material ensures excellent hold and softens hard landings. In flight, the "Echo" combines high glide with a gentle turn tendency. When thrown on a straight line, it holds its direction over long distances before exhibiting a moderate fade. With a bit of anhyzer, it develops controlled turnover lines, while reliably fading back on hyzer releases. The disc responds predictably to different release angles, allowing for intentional shaping—from long push shots to technical tunnel lines. Its flight characteristics resemble a seasoned "Buzzz," but it delivers the desired straight-line performance right out of the box without requiring a lengthy break-in period. For intermediate players, the "Echo" serves as a reliable workhorse midrange, suitable for both backhand and forehand throws. The combination of glide and moderate turn enables distances around 100 meters or more without sacrificing control. Beginners benefit from its forgiveness and ability to fly straight with lower arm speed. As an underrated all-rounder, it covers the full spectrum from powerful fairway drives to touchy approach shots while remaining consistently predictable.
