FLIPPERi
The "FLIPPERi" by Prodiscus serves as a specialized tool for extreme turnover lines and rollers. With a speed of 9, turn of -3, and fade of 0, it covers shots where classic fairway drivers fade out too early. The disc has particularly carved out a niche for rollers—its lack of fade ensures it doesn’t brake abruptly after ground contact but rolls smoothly instead. For players with a range of 90 to 105 meters, it also works well as a turnover driver, while stronger arms can use it deliberately for spike hyzer rollers. In the air, the "FLIPPERi" exhibits instant turn. Even at moderate arm speed, it flips noticeably to the right (for RHBH throws) and maintains this line until landing. Its glide of 3 keeps it controllable—it doesn’t float away unpredictably but follows the intended path precisely. With a spike hyzer release, it reliably flips to flat and continues turning without fading back at the end. This predictability sets it apart from more flippy models like the F7, which often overturn too quickly. The fade of 0 remains noticeable even in headwinds—the disc lands without veering left. For rollers, the "FLIPPERi" delivers consistent results. Backhand rollers can be controlled at various angles without the disc drifting unpredictably after hitting the ground. Forehand anhyzer rollers also benefit from the lack of fade—the disc rolls straight out. Beginners will find it an accessible fairway driver for their first turnover experiences, while advanced players can use it strategically for roller shots and extreme anhyzer lines under low obstacles. In Ultrium and Premium Sparkle plastics, its slightly understable flight characteristics remain stable over many rounds.
