Overstable

The "Limit" by MVP Disc Sports is considered one of the most overstable discs on the market, clearly aimed at experienced throwers with high arm speed. With a speed of 14.5 and an extremely thick rim, this distance driver demands maximum throwing power just to get it gliding. Its use is focused on extreme wind conditions and utility shots where absolute reliability against any form of turnover is required. For distance throws, the "Limit" falls behind typical high-speed drivers, as its early and dominant fade limits range. However, as a specialized tool for headwinds and scramble situations, it impresses with its uncompromising stability. In flight, the "Limit" exhibits a behavior that allows almost no turn, even at maximum power. The fade of 4 kicks in early and consistently pulls the disc left, regardless of release angle or power. The low glide of 3.5 reinforces its tendency for a short, controlled flight path. Even on anhyzer releases, the disc immediately fights back into the fade, making flex shots nearly impossible. This extreme overstability surpasses even well-known utility discs like the Stiletto, making the "Limit" the top choice when absolute fade guarantee is needed. For forehand throws, the "Limit" serves advanced players as a reliable utility driver that won’t flip even at high speeds. Backhand throws require significantly more power to achieve acceptable distances—beginners and intermediate players will quickly hit their limits here. The Neutron version offers the best balance of durability and grip. Those looking for a distance driver for maximum range should opt for more balanced models. But as a specialty disc for wind, scrambles, and ultra-precise fade lines, the "Limit" remains unmatched.
