Havoc
The Latitude 64 "Havoc" is a distance driver designed for long throws with controlled turn. With a speed of 13, this disc is aimed at advanced players who possess high arm speed and want to execute precise S-curves or long hyzer-flip lines. In practice, the "Havoc" exhibits significantly more turn than its flight numbers (-1/3) suggest—many throws with a flat release or moderate hyzer result in pronounced rightward movement before the fade kicks in at the end. Opto and Gold Line are the most popular plastic types, with Gold Line breaking in faster and becoming even more turn-responsive. Opto Air offers similar flight characteristics at a lighter weight, with slightly more glide. In the air, the disc combines speed with a long, controlled turn. When thrown with hyzer, the "Havoc" stays straight for an extended period, then gently drifts right before reliably fading back. Released flat or with anhyzer, it turns more aggressively, making it ideal for long turnover lines or rollers. The glide of 5 ensures good distance, while the fade of 3 provides enough stability at the finish, even with significant turn. Players who launch the disc with a strong hyzer can achieve very straight lines over long distances—the turn phase balances out the hyzer, and the fade brings the disc back under control. The "Havoc" is less suitable for forehand throws, as its tendency to turn can become unpredictable. Backhand throwers with advanced technique use it strategically for maximum distance on open fairways or for sweeping S-curves in wooded areas. Beginners should opt for more stable alternatives, as the disc can overturn quickly with insufficient spin. Those seeking a distance driver that excels with hyzer-flips and long turns will find the "Havoc" a reliable choice for big distances—comparable to Latitude 64's "Bolt" but with slightly more fade stability.
