The Latitude 64 "Bryce" is a fairway driver with a speed of 9, combining moderate velocity with a pronounced glide of 6. As part of the manufacturer's Overmold series, it features a two-part construction with different plastics for the core and outer rim. With a turn of -2 and fade of 2, it's designed for controlled distance throws on the fairway, where the disc should fly straight or with a slight right turn. The Opto-G plastic is frequently praised in reviews for its grip and durability. In flight, the disc exhibits a neutral to slightly understable characteristic at medium throwing speeds. The strong glide ensures extended flight phases, while the turn gently opens the path to the right without causing uncontrolled turns. When released with hyzer, it performs a classic hyzer flip: the disc levels out, flies straight, and finishes with a moderate fade. Flat releases with higher arm speed activate the turn more prominently, creating wide S-curves. The stability is sufficient to keep the disc on the intended line even during powerful throws, preventing it from pulling left too early. For players with moderate arm speed, the "Bryce" serves as a versatile fairway all-rounder for distances up to around 100 meters. It can be thrown both backhand and forehand, with the forehand benefiting from the combination of glide and controlled turn. Advanced players use it strategically for turnover lines and hyzer flips, while those with less power appreciate its straight flight paths and long glide. The disc is particularly suited for technical fairways where precise line shaping is more important than maximum distance.
