Coupe
The "Coupe" by Innova is a classic putter with a versatile profile for both putting and approach shots. Part of the lineup since the mid-1980s, it handles precise basket throws as well as controlled approaches with ease. The bead on the inner rim provides a defined grip point, offering clear orientation during release—especially noticeable in push putts. With a speed of 2 and glide of 3, the disc delivers moderate velocity while maintaining solid hang time. A turn of -1 allows for gentle rightward movement on backhand throws with medium to higher arm speed, while a fade of 1 ensures a subtle, controllable finish. Its stable baseline keeps the disc on straight lines without immediately pulling left. At lower speeds, it flies nearly neutral, while stronger throws reveal a slight turn before the moderate fade gently concludes the flight. For spin putts, the "Coupe" offers reliable straight flights with predictable finish. On approach distances up to around 50 meters, flat anhyzer lines can be thrown, drifting right before fading softly. Hyzer throws remain stable and land predictably. Forehand approaches benefit from the defined bead and stable flight phase. Beginners will find it a reliable putter for straight lines, while advanced players can intentionally use its turn for varied approach shots.
