# Product Description The Innova "Archangel" is specifically designed for beginners and players with moderate arm speed who are looking for an accessible fairway driver for longer throws. With its highly understable characteristics, it enables long flights even with less power and provides a great opportunity to gain initial experience with turnover lines. The pronounced dome creates additional lift, while the lightweight DX versions make it easier to transition into faster discs. In flight, the "Archangel" exhibits a noticeable turnover tendency that begins immediately when thrown flat. The high turn rating of -4 causes the disc to veer right at medium throwing speeds, gliding on long, sweeping paths. The moderate fade at the end only slightly counteracts the rightward movement, often leaving the disc landing with sustained anhyzer tilt. For players with strong arms, the disc quickly becomes too unstable and prone to uncontrollable rollers, while it performs best with moderate power. In DX plastic, the understability increases further with wear, making the effect even more pronounced. For beginners, the "Archangel" offers an excellent opportunity to build distance without relying on maximum arm speed. Flat throws or slight anhyzer releases result in long, controlled flights that boost confidence. Advanced players can use the disc for precise turnover shots or extreme anhyzer lines but should adjust throwing power to avoid overturning. The "Archangel" is particularly suited for open fairways and situations requiring a wide right curve—though it is less recommended for powerful throwers.
