The "Outlander" by Full Turn Discs is an overstable fairway driver with a speed of 8, designed for controlled distance throws and precise lines. Its pronounced fade ensures reliability in windy conditions and on technical fairways where unwanted lateral movement must be avoided. As a moderate-speed fairway driver, it bridges the gap between midranges and fast distance drivers, allowing for powerful throws without requiring excessive arm speed. In flight, the "Outlander" exhibits stable behavior: its glide of 4 provides ample lift, while a turn of 0 means the disc resists drifting right on flat or slightly hyzer releases. A fade of 3 kicks in decisively at the end of the flight, reliably pulling the disc left. This combination of straight mid-flight and strong fade makes it predictable and repeatable, even under changing conditions. The overstable nature prevents accidental turnovers and keeps the disc on its intended path. For hyzer throws, the "Outlander" enhances its already strong fade, making it ideal for skip shots or dogleg holes to the left. On anhyzer lines, it flattens out controllably and reliably fades back without flipping unpredictably. Forehand throws benefit from its overstability, as the disc counters torque and maintains a clean, straight flight. Recommended for intermediate to advanced players, it reflects the need for sufficient throwing power to fully utilize the speed 8 and strategically deploy the fade.
