The Buzzz by Discraft is a benchmark among midranges, covering nearly every scenario at medium distance. With its balanced combination of control and versatility, it works equally well for precise fairway throws and technical approach shots. The flat, low-profile design sits comfortably in the hand and ensures clean releases for both backhand and forehand. The disc performs reliably in Z Line, ESP, and Titanium plastics, with ESP offering extra grip for changing conditions. In flight, the Buzzz exhibits a neutral to slightly overstable behavior, delivering laser-straight lines on clean releases. Its moderate glide keeps the disc airborne without unpredictable drift. On a powerful throw, it holds an anhyzer angle, while at a flatter release, it follows a smooth, predictable path. The subtle fade at the end ensures controlled landings without abrupt hooks. This flight profile makes it comparable to Innova's Mako3 but with slightly more stability in the wind. For hyzer throws, the Buzzz holds its angle consistently, while on anhyzer lines, it glides evenly with minimal late fade. Tunnel shots are precise, as the disc neither turns too early nor unexpectedly dumps. Both beginners and experienced players appreciate its predictability—newcomers benefit from its forgiving stability, while advanced players use it for controlled turnovers and precise landing zones. The Buzzz performs across all skill levels and remains a reliable workhorse in the bag for years, excelling at distances between 60 and 90 meters.
